The plunger cylinder and piston stroke of this machine are driven by the most advanced servo motor in the world, and the synchronous belt is used for transmission to drive the ball screw movement. When the container is transported to the front interception mechanism, the detection photoelectric red light flashes. When the tail bottle reaches the rear interception mechanism, the detection photoelectric red and green light flashes, and the rear interception shovel is closed. At the same time, the bottle jam mechanism jams the bottleneck and fills the valve. When it descends into the bottle mouth, the PLC instructs the servo motor to start, which drives the connecting rod to transfer, so that the piston reciprocates,so that the material in the cylinder is pushed into the container through the pneumatic three-way valve and filling valve, and the measurement is accurate.
